Quaestio Librae

A painted metal sculpture on a concrete base, Quaestio Librae was created in 1975 by artist Jerry Dane Sanders. The sculpture's title, which may be translated to "Question of Balance," refers to the judicial activities that transpire within the nearby City-County Building.
