Rhythm! Discovery Center is a place for visitors of all ages to experience rhythm and percussion. Explore our wide variety of percussion instruments and artifacts from around the world, through interactive exhibits and dynamic multi-media experiences. Learn about rhythm, its role in society and connections to daily life.

Everyone has rhythm. Have you discovered yours? Feel the vibrations run through your body when you play an 8-foot gong drum. Rock out on a drum set, play symphonic percussion instruments or have a jam session with your friends and family in our hands-on area.

Find us on the lower level of Claypool Court, in the heart of Downtown Indianapolis, at the intersection of Illinois and Washington Streets.


Hours and Costs

Open Mon.-Sat., 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sun., 12-5 p.m.
