Annual parade to honor area military veterans. Memorial service to be conducted 11-11:30 at the War Memorial. Veterans Day Parade through downtown Indianapolis will be 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Parade starts at Michigan and Pennsylvania Sts., heads south on Pennsylvania St. to New York St., west on New York St. to Meridian St., then north on Meridian St. to St. Clair St.
