Conveniently located just 12 miles from the sports venues and attractions of downtown Indianapolis, and 5 miles from Broad Ripple Village, The Marten House Hotel blends the peace and quiet of Indy?s north side with the hustle and bustle of the area?s sports, cultural, and nightlife districts. The hotel is also the Official Hotel of the Indiana State Fair and Fairgrounds. The Indiana State Fairgrounds are located just 9 miles away. Our full-service hotel has 163 deluxe guest rooms, including a variety of single-room and multi-room suites. We offer free parking and free Wi-Fi to all our guests.

Our Lilly Conference Center features a state-of-the-art auditorium which can seat up to 220 attendees and has 4 flexible break out rooms. We also have 2 spacious ballrooms and plenty of other flexible meeting space. Our restaurant, 1881 Grille, which is open to locals and hotel guests alike, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and also offers room service.
