Where to Meet
The Eugene and Marilyn Glick Indiana History Center, home to the Indiana Historical Society, underwent an exciting transformation with a major renovation in 2009 prior to the launch of its new Indiana Experience March 20, 2010. Indiana Experience allows visitors to discover the fascinating stories of Indiana's past in entirely engaging, interactive ways. Visitors may also enjoy the Stardust Terrace Cafe, William Henry Smith Memorial Library as well as selected special events taking place in the Basile Theater. For those seeking gift items, please visit www.indianahistory.org.
Indiana Experience and William H. Smith Memorial Library: Open Tues.-Sat., 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Basile History Market: Open Mon.-Sat., 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Stardust Terrace Cafe: Open Mon.-Sat., 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
The center is closed Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day.
