Back Yard blends grilling and outdoor living with the farm to fork concept using only fresh, local food sources to create a very unique dining experience. At Back Yard you will experience a precision blending of unexpected and locally grown ingredients. A relaxed yet sophisticated approach to food and entertaining creates a deceptively simple, yet innovative grilling and culinary experience. Inspired by the outdoor living lifestyle, Chef JJ cooks exclusively on The Big Green Egg. This ceramic cooker and smoker uses natural lump charcoal and various smoking woods to create dishes with unparalleled flavor.

The Big Green Bistro is a mobile restaurant fully equipped to prepare food for 45-400. Available for corporate events, outdoor parties, wedding rehearsals/receptions, sporting events, office lunches and private events, reserve the Bistro for an experience like no other.

You can experience Chef JJ's unique dishes in a grilling class or private event format at their facility. Reservations are required for either.
