Since 1984, Ike & Jonesy's has billed itself as "the fun damn place downtown." And while some might take issue with the grammatical construction of that statement, there's no denying this room's good-times atmosphere. From Monday through Saturday, DJs spin dance tunes from the 1960s through the present day (and live bands drop by on Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Lunch is available Thursday and Friday. Dinner fare is available and the bar stays open till 3 a.m. Monday-Wednesday and Saturday. Outdoor seating is offered (weather permitting) and all major credit cards are accepted. Yes, the website insists that chickens and small livestock are negotiable currency--but we wouldn't necessarily put that to the test.
Open for lunch: Thurs.-Fri.
Open 8 p.m.-3 a.m., Mon.-Wed.; 6 p.m.-3 a.m., Sat.
Open for Colts home games on Sun.
