Definitions
visitindy.com is the web site maintained on the World Wide Web by Visit Indy. "The site" or "site" refers to visitindy.com. "User," or collectively "Users," refers to any party who accesses the site. "The Visit Indy" refers to Visit Indy. "Access" means viewing or otherwise obtaining or requesting information using the site.

Users may set up an account at the site's Meeting Planners portal in order to obtain information about pricing, availability, and other information concerning the hotels and other third party facilities featured on the site.
PRICE QUOTES, ROOM/FACILITY AVAILABILITY, AND ALL OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS SITE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE A BINDING OFFER FROM THE Visit Indy, THE HOTEL OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY FACILITY THAT HAS PROVIDED THE INFORMATION. USERS MUST NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL OR OTHER FACILITY, AND THE Visit Indy IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TERMS OF SUCH CONTRACTS.

Users may set up an account at the site's Visitors portal in order to submit reviews and comments concerning the hotels and other third party facilities featured on the site.
 
BY OBTAINING A VISITOR'S ACCOUNT, USER AGREES THAT ALL REVIEWS, COMMENTS OR OTHER SUBMISSIONS REPRESENT THE BONA FIDE OPINION OF THE USER, BASED ON THE USER'S ACTUAL EXPERIENCE. Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Visit Indy and User regarding the subject matter hereof. Any previous agreement, whether oral or written, between Visit Indy and User dealing with the subject matter hereof is superseded. If any portion of this Terms of Use Agreement is found to be unenforceable for any reason, such portion will be deemed severed and will not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms. Upon User's breach of these Terms of Use, Visit Indy may pursue any legal or equitable remedy available, including but not limited to, direct, consequential and punitive damages and injunctive relief. Visit Indy's remedies are cumulative and not exclusive. Failure of Visit Indy to exercise any remedy or enforce any portion of this Agreement at any time shall not operate as a waiver of any remedy or of the right to enforce any portion of the Agreement at any time thereafter. User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or action by User arising out of or regarding this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
