I have never stayed in a more filthy hotel. The bed was not made, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in days and the previous guests' trash was still in the cans. My wife has severe asthma and we needed a non-smoking room. However, their "non-smoking" room smelled like an ashtray. We canceled our reservation and stayed at the Hampton Inn instead, but were still charged for the two nights that we did not stay at Best Western. The manager is rude and unprofessional.
