The front desk transferred me to the restaurant and the woman who answered the phone placed me on hold where she left me for over an hour. On the other line, I called the front desk back after 70 minutes and asked to be reconnected to the restaurant. The attendant also noted that the phone was busy (because I was still on hold on the other line) and walked over to determine the problem. I was later transferred to the manager and when I stated that I was on hold for over an hour, he informed me that I had not, in fact, been on hold that long because he was positioned near the phone and it did not ring. They typically don't ring when someone's on hold, genius! I have never been so disrespected by this establishment before and this is the last time I will ever give my business to any Bennigan's.
