Dinner at Jillian's
The place was totally deserted on the night I dined there, so service was fairly quick. The menu at Jillian's is extensive, you will find something for everyone. My ham & pear panini was quite tasty. My friend's mahi mahi dinner was OK, but not flavored quite right. The dessets, killer choc cake and carrot cake, were great. Total cost for 2 with desserts was about $40.

Absolutely the worst Indianapolis experience to date
Terrible experience. Management staff might as well have stayed home this day. Total lack of customer service skills. Manager on duty pretty much "hid" out. After over an hour we were able to place food orders. We only ordered appetizers since the waitress told us it would be faster. Over an hour later no food, five hungry kids, so we had to leave to get to the event. The whole restaurant was having the same experience, so this is not a rogue occurrence. Such an embarrassment for the Indianapolis recreation.

just bad food
The menu has descriptions of the food, however when it finally gets to the table it's not like the picture (sirloin steak) and the description. The vegetables were microwaved from the frozen package, the meat was warmed on a grill. No seasoning on either item. The waitress's reply was, "Sorry it doesn't match the descripiton." This was the last time. I will now being telling people to stay away. There are a lot of nice places to eat in Indy and this sure isn't one of them.
