A buffet lunch is not ideal for most office working people who tend to get a case of the sleepies after eating a big meal. At 120 West Market Fresh Grill, however, dining from the extravagant spread can be both a fresh and healthy adventure at a reasonable price. At this downtown establishment inside the Hilton, there is something to please everyone. From a healthy create-your-own salad to pizza, pasta, fresh fruit, cheeses and breads... In addition, each day features a special entree and two soups to choose from. And if you have any space left for dessert, the options are just as plentiful. Freshly baked cookies, cheesecake, and chocolate fondue with a variety of fruit and cake chunks for dipping made the decision to choose just one very difficult. So, we took the easy route and sampled all three. The service was sparse, but only required for filling drinks and making the payment transaction. Overall, the facility was very clean and the large windows overlooking Illinois Street added nicely to the atmosphere.
