Dinner at Slippery Noodle
The Slippery Noodle is not really a destination for a meal, it's a destination for the blues. Nonetheless, it has better that average bar food. The chicken cordon bleu sandwich was very tasty. The nachos were not that good; the mozzarella sticks were better. You can avoid the cover charge if you arrive before 7 p.m. The service was a little slow, but that may have been due to all of the outdoor tables. Server was very friendly though.

Good Food!
Lunch at the Slippery Noodle was great. Tons of menu items to choose from, yummy food, good service. It was a little smokey, even in the non-smoking section. Very affordable and prompt.

I really like this place....alot
I really like this place over every single spot in Indy. I had not have been there for awhile. We went on New Year's Eve and I was reminded why this is my favorite. The music is good, food, even the layout of the entire place is good. There are four different spots to get drinks, which is fun running from one to the next inside the building.
All the servers and bartenders are very patient and nice. Even the band, (WT Feaster is who we saw) was fun and signed things for us.
I am also amazed at the variety of the crowd. It is not just one "type," and everyone seems to get along. That is rare from what I have seen, such a mix of customers. Definitely go here.

A great tenderloin!
I think they have one of the best tenderloins in town. It's not frozen out of a box. The atmosphere is definitely unique and the service is good. I highly recommend it for your weekly lunch routine.
