If you are looking for imaginative dishes, well-prepared and flavorful, consider P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. The dining room is casual and relaxed, and the service is attentive, but not “hovering.” Chicken lettuce wraps are a great starter, if a little messy, and entrees span the scale from traditional to adventurous, with reasonable portions. Chang’s is a very nice choice downtown or at Keystone, with good food, good variety, and good value.

I've had many different dishes at Chang's, but for the money, you can't beat the fried rice. I phoned in my order of chicken fried rice with a side of Chang's spicy chicken sauce and a side of spicy dipping sauce for lunch. It was PHENOMENAL!!! Normally, there is so much food that I can eat only half of the portion. Today, the portion was large but it was so %&!@ good that I finished it off. It's too bad I don't have a bed under my desk - I would have loved a nap after my lunchtime performance.

The only thing better than Chang's food is the service!
