I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I had booked this expensive hotel because I thought it would have been the nicest around and given a great view. They also have an outdoor pool which looked great in the photos and better than the other hotels. I wasted my money. Staff was rude. I had a view of the pool and the pool area was dirty and didn't look as dreamy as the photos. The same goes for the room itself. I had a king bed and at least a television but nothing else. The bathroom reminded me of a men's room stall and was far from luxurious. The towels had hair on them. Way too much money for nothing. The staff was not only rude to me but everyone else too. The valet was incredibly sweet though. The Sheraton ruined my Indy experience and I will never deal with their chain again. This hotel is not worth your money. I stayed at another hotel and it was BEAUTIFUL, immaculate, cheaper, and included a lot more.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was extremely helpful and most polite. She treated us very nicely and was very jovial. Our room was more than we expected. There were a few minor things wrong, but not enough to spoil the stay. The room never did reach 67 degrees from the A/C, the faucets were loose, some lights in the bathroom were out and the refrigerator couldn't cool a bottle of water. Overall the room was nice; the view was as well. The front desk was tops.
