Two newly opened restaurants in downtown Indianapolis offer diners distinctly different options. Scotty’s Brewhouse, founded in Muncie, Ind., is now located in the renovated Allen Plaza. It features an extensive menu of classic American fare, including salads, sandwiches, burgers, wraps. The plaza portion of the property serves as an 8,000 square-foot patio with seating for 150. The patio features a waiting/lounge area with couches and an eight-foot fire pit. The interior is home to a communal table in the bar that seats 12, private party spaces for more than 80 and a private board room.
Also, Taste of Tango, an Argentinean steakhouse, serves up authentic cuisine brought to your table by fedora-topped servers. Taste of Tango is an Indianapolis original restaurant.
New Indianapolis Airport Takes Off
